K-1 Bingo Games for Literacy and Math

My first grade class enjoys playing games during morning arrival each week. They choose a game board and a partner during arrival time and they really love it! 

I usually start this early in the year, to begin familiarizing them with the game playing routine before we begin literacy and math centers. 

One of their favorite games is bingo - they can never get enough of it.

Along with take home books for reading at night, I have a selection of games my students can take home to play with their families. I just add some game pieces, dice and a bag to store it all. 

When they get tired of that game, they swap it out for a new one!
