Things I Love...December Edition

My December favorites...some already purchased, some just coveted!

London Times has become my latest obsession for dresses. They are so comfortable, machine washable and gorgeous! It is a bit early to be thinking of sleeveless dresses in NH, but I am loving the navy/gold combo!

Things I Love...July Edition

I had a crazy busy year switching from 5th grade to Kindergarten. My poor blog has been quite neglected because of this! Of course, this has not stopped me from shopping -- I mean really, can anything stop that? ;)

Here are the things I love for this month - coveted of course, not actually purchased, but hey, a girl can dream!

ideel

I love ideel - I mean I am seriously addicted to that site. They have gorgeous clothes and amazing prices. I am obsessed with how you can shop by designer too now! I love that zebra dress more than words can express.

White House Black Market

My sister and I visited this store recently for the first time. I have to say it was more than I ever expected! I had been eyeing their clothes online for awhile, but I wanted to wait to see them in person. I love their prints - even on the pants! And I am not usually a printed pants kind of person. ;)

DSW is always my go to for shoes, I love how many options they have. I would buy all four of these in a heartbeat...however I must stick to my no shopping promise!

I have been moving away from big purses lately...I just feel like I don't need to carry that much stuff and it is so much easier to change over little ones more often! I LOVE this glitter clutch - I may end up breaking my vow for this one!

As I was cleaning my nail polishes out the other day, I noticed that the majority of my polishes come from Zoya. I adore their color selection and I really feel they last longer on my nails then any other polish. My favorite thing is how easy they are to remove! These are the two colors I am currently coveting!

What is on your (dream?) shopping list for this month?

Things I Love - May Edition

Spring makes me think of dresses and I have purchased a few new ones that I simply adore and had to share with you!

Lately I have been all about Evan Picone. I bought these two back in the winter, and now I found three more I am smitten with!

Click the pictures or store names for links if you would like to check them out!
I found this one on Macy's.com, and with my gift cards and the promo code, I paid nothing! <3

It is available in a pink and yellow pattern too, but I love the olive green and cream mixed with the purple and teal combo!

This was on ideeli, on sale for $45.99 with 20% off and free shipping! It only cost $36!
Here is the best deal of all! I had been eyeing it on both Macy's and ideeli for months, but I ended up purchasing it from TJ Maxx's new online site! I wasn't even aware that they had one until last month! Maybe that is not a good thing to have found out... ;) They had it for the best price of all, only $29.99!
What is a dress without a fabulous jacket to wear over it? Especially in New England when the weather can be wicked fickle this time of year!

I scored this jacked by Bar III on Macy's.comand with my gift cards - and their friends and family discount - I paid...nothing!! I cannot wait for this one to arrive! (Wednesday cannot come soon enough!)

How about you? Any great spring/summer finds you would like to share? Let me know in the comments below!

Nail Art - Christmas Lights!

I decided to be brave this year and try Christmas lights. I was obsessed with all the pictures I saw of them on Pinterest last year, but I never thought I could make it work.

I chose to do it on my left hand only, my right hand was red with a red and green statement nail. I knew I had a chance of painting the lights using my right hand - but there was no way would it work with my left!!

For this manicure I used: (click for links)
Zoya Ornate Holiday Collection 2012 - Ziv, Blaze and Logan
Maybelline Color Show - Porcelain Party
Maybelline Color Show - Onyx Rush

I used art brushes for the cord and my dotting tools for the light bulbs. After I put on a drop of the red, green or gold, I just dragged the dotting tool down a teensy bit to give it a bulb-ish tip.

Today I am going to give the Reindeer another try. I really loved how it came out last year.

What's on your nails this holiday season?

Nail Art - Nude with Glitter part 2

I have been a bit lazy about my nails lately. My new job has kept me busy - so I have been taking the easy way out most weeks. As in a lot of crackle and statement nails!

This week I wanted to try out loose glitter again. I adore sparkly nails, but, like everyone else I am sure, detest removing glitter polish! It takes way too long.

Last time I tried loose glitter it lasted the whole week and was extremely easy to remove! I decided it was time to give it another try.

For this manicure I used: (Click the name for links!)
Maybelline Color Show - Canary Cool
Loose ultra fine glitter from Michaels

I loved how the glitter came out this time, and I finally found a way to be a lot neater when using it! I put a teeny bit in the cap I store my glitter in and then shook it over each nail. It was much easier to control how much glitter came out and a lot less messy!

What's on your nails this week?

Things I Love - August Edition and Giveaway Winners

Here are some of my latest loves for the month of August. Links will be at the end of the post!

Flip Flops

I adore these flip flops by Reef and I will miss wearing them dearly when I am back in school next month! Please excuse the sand on the silver ones, I had just gotten back from the beach!!

Rings
I have added a few new rings to my collection this summer! I found this adorable fox ring on Etsy. I needed a ring for my right hand that wouldn't be too cumbersome since I am a righty.
These are from a stacked ring set I got from Macy's. There were four rings in the set, but I am not feeling the fourth. It was way to pointy for me to wear daily!! I must admit I am totally infatuated with the zipper ring. It is beyond cute!

My new purse!! -
Back in July I blogged about handbags I dreamed of buying. I am really trying to stick to my budget - which is pretty much a no shopping at all budget!!! However the other day I was out at Marshalls and I saw it. It is one of the bags I blogged about last month!!

Originally it costs $70, the one I blogged was on sale for $44.95. But Marshalls had it for......$29.99!! However it gets better! I still had $15.01 leftover on a gift card my sister gave me for my birthday awhile back. So, I managed to snag the handbag I had adored for months for $14.98!!

For your shopping pleasure - links!
Reef flip flops
Fox ring - rose gold (it also comes in gold and silver.)
Material Girl - two-tone stackable rings
Urban Expressions - Le Petit Mini Satchel (mint)
Lastly I have the giveaway winners for the Ending Blends Games! Congratulations to Wendy and Lori! I will be emailing you ladies a copy of the game tonight!

So tell me, what are you loving this month?
